I am me, thats all there is to it lol.
I'm indecisive and am inspired by nature and all she has to offer.
I'd really really like to develop at guitar so if anyone wants to help me out and give me some hints and tips, that would be lovely.

Hi Jenibel,
We've just had a new Folky/Acoustic music club start near to where i live so I went along last week and re-discovered my folky roots...really enjoyed the evening, in fact I played a couple of ragtime tunes....might even sing next time!
Hope you are keeping well and still playing
Kind Regards

"why is it that when ever i come online...evryone dissapears :("

Don't worry Jenibel. I sometimes get the same impression. It's just a matter of bad

timing.

Hi Jenibel!

Thank you for your comment, and all the best in your search for fine folk music & learning to play it!!!!

The Easter festival at Fareham would be good for you I think. Do you know of it? Have a look at the website http://www.gosportfestival.co.uk/index.html
Let me know if you might go and I'll try to find out more. Usuually the daytime sessions are very relaxed and the stalls are pretty good too. I'll look out for other things that might inspire!

Hi, it's worth you going to sessions (if you don't already), even just to watch and get tips. There's one in Titchfield every month, probably some closer to you. Folk clubs too, they can be a bit slow but they need some young ones! Feel free to ask if you want any advice.

Hi Jenibel just to say hi and good luck with the guitar, there's quite a few of us in this area and the ones I have met are a great bunch and very good guitarists. It can be a bit slow on here at times but we have our moments.

Hi Jenibel, nice to hear your enthusiasm for the guitar! In my experience it's down to perseverance and practice, but the guitar is a very rewarding instrument and will repay any effort you put into it... I used to be annoyed at my own innability to grasp new moves (still am sometimes) but I'm always amazed when something I found difficult to begin with becomes almost second nature...keep it up and I'm sure you'll find the same. As 1 bloke says. enjoy it! If there's anything I can help you with please feel free to ask... Good luck with your playing, have fun...SteveA.

Hi Jenibel,

Thanks for the add and a very warm welcome to the forum. I see you are a fellow tree-hugger. You like "Birds of Prey", does this mean you are also a fellow birdwatcher?

Hi jenibel,
Just keep playing to whatever standard you can achieve, dont worry about what other people can play.... but most of all enjoy it!

Thanks for the add, Jenibel. Welcome to the forum. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet here, so put up lots of posts for us all to read.

You have pretty damn good taste in music I see.
