Hi Matilda, Just thought I'd stop by and say hello... Hope the picking's going well... Spring flowers coming through, summer on it's way Looking forward to some warm sunny days... All the best... Steve.
Thanks for your comments about my Crafter guiter Matilda. And yes I am in Spain, although not sunny at the moment. We are in our 8 weeks of winter at the moment
Anyhow, back to the Crafter....it's my favorite guitar and yes it is lovely to play, not heavy and sounds beautiful. The model is GAE27/N cedar top. I bought it in a small local music shop, but when I looked it up on Crafter's website they didn't appear to have this model anymore (although a spruce top version was still available).
I think I paid about 450 English pounds for this one. Someone did say on this website that they had a 200 pound (ish) Crafter that they were extremely pleased with. And I've not read any bad reviews of this make either.
I hope if you see your way to buying one, you are as happy with yours as I am with mine!
It's a Fender Resonator. The photo was taken for use as an album cover. The album never got beyond the mastering stage unfortunately, I was not totaly sure on the contents so am now half way through a new one.
How is December in Totnes, cold but bright In Wellington, Somerset
Hi Daffo, Thanks so much for this. Sorry to hear your working all over Christmas. Rest assured I'm grateful for the JT bits but I'm certainly not going to have you rushing about for them! Best wishes for now,
I haven't forgotten about getting you some JT stuff. Do you read TAB ok?
I can copy some JT stuff with chord boxes no problem. Sorry for delay - I've just been so busy of late with work. I've found out that I'm working all over Christmas and New Year too. Not best pleased....
