Default RGT Grading

Hi All

i'm a newbie to playing the guitar after taking a few lessons about 25 years ago.

tried a few teachers in the last few months and found myself a chap who's registered with the RGT . he hasn't pushed me in that direction but when i realised the grading system was available i decided to have a go.

i've gone in at level 1 but would like to hear peoples opinions about the system and how they're getting on?

are there any pitfalls to watch out for?

regards

I've only been playing for about 11 months and have found the rgt books very informative, much more so than almost any other guitar book out there.
