Hi yorkie,

This one is a cherry slope shouldered dreadnought. Cherry back and sides, and cherry neck. This is not me playing it.

It was nice to hear from you.

Hi yorkie,

I do not have a sound file of that maple guitar. I have one of one similar to it. This one is played by Dave Richard.

Hi yorkie you've been quiet how's it going. I have built myself a solara for my classical guitar construction should be interesting.  Chris.

Hi yorkie AL cost $58 per year for 4 issues it is very informative but you can get a lot of information from free sources I think buying one of their books would be hard to beat for value but I like it and it includes postage and no duty. Chris

Hi yorkie - I'm just along the valley in Shipley: used to live in Drewry Road in Kly many years ago when teaching at Swire Smith. Check out my MySpace at www.myspace.com/gerrycooper. Cheers! GC

Hi Yorkie, no the guitar in the picture was built for me by Alan Arnold, who is based down in Sussex. I met him at an RMMGA meet in Buxton and was impressed with his work, and took the plunge!

I'd love to have built it, but not guilty...its the guitar I'm playing on the first two tunes on my page.

Hi yorkie just picked up some bookmatched AAA Englemann spruce cheep I know I have'nt finished the first guitar yet but I can't help myself, it's a nice bit of tree anyway is this a common fault or I'm I on my own, just a wood fixation. Chris
